Dear Employee:

Welcome to our nonprofit!  I'm glad you're interested in our organization.  We hired

you because we feel you'll be a positive addition to our quality programs.

Every member of the board respects the opinions of staff members very much. 

After all, you are the experts in the field.

As such, we welcome your input.  If you have a suggestion for our services, or wish

to offer technical advice to help us make a difficult decision, we want to hear it.

However, we have hired your executive director to represent staff at our board meetings.

Please give all input to your executive director, who will in turn bring it to us in a meeting.

I'm sure you'll enjoy working with our highly qualified and professional employees.  I hope

you'll find your work to be rewarding and stimulating, and that you make a career here with

us at our nonprofit.
